Hi, I’m Krupa—a yoga teacher, NLP practitioner, coach, and mentor with over eight years of experience helping women reconnect with their confidence, regulate their nervous systems, and create lives that feel deeply aligned and uniquely their own.
Growing up balancing Indian traditions and Western culture, I often felt torn between two worlds. There was this constant pull to conform to societal norms that didn’t quite fit, while deep down, I craved something real—something authentic. I know how it feels to want more, to dream of a life that feels meaningful, purpose-led, and truly yours.
For me, yoga started as a way to move my body, but it quickly became so much more. It was my way back to myself—a practice that helped me peel away the layers of expectations and reconnect with my truth. It taught me about balance—not just on the mat but in life too—and how clarity comes when we stop resisting who we are and start embracing who we’re becoming.
Pairing the ancient wisdom of yoga with the transformative power of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), I’ve developed a holistic approach to personal growth.
